Brandon Ross Gateson

Here is my original character, Brandon.  He is Chelsea's best friend in my fan fiction "Portal 3."  He has the power to change his density to whatever he wants it to be.  He can become harder than a diamond or he can become so dissolute that he can actually phase through walls.  He is like Chelsea's older brother.  He is very laid back, even-tempered, and funny, but he is not quite as understanding as he thinks he is.  He is patient and understanding towards the people he likes, but he is not so much so to the people he doesn't understand very well.  He is less tolerant of people's nonsense than Chelsea is, and as a result is quicker to walk away when he is having a hard time with someone.  Brandon loves the 1950's style.  That is why he is wearing a black leather jacket.  He is also half-Mexican which explains the skin tone.  His mother was a Mexican prostitute.  His father is white and in his words was a "spineless rich kid."  In the picture, he is phasing through a ceiling. 
It's really ironic that I based him off of my best friend in real life, but he is actually one of the characters that I like the least.  It bothers me how judgemental he can be sometimes.
In terms of power and personality, I think his power represents his level-headed personality.  He doesn't let anything bother him and he doesn't let emotions or anything else get in the way when there is something he needs to do.
